Our Employee Communications System will allow you to provide employees with everything from Web-based decision-making tools to a secure personal health records portal in order to learn about, plan and make election decisions concerning their benefit offerings. As many employers take advantage of consumer-driven benefits strategies and increase their voluntary benefits offerings, it is becoming increasingly important that employers provide communication tools and resources so employees can learn about, understand and appreciate their benefits offerings.
